Reynard the Fox

Illustrated Children’s Book

Reynard the Fox was a tale told during the Middle Ages in Europe. It was first told through the oral tradition of sharing stories, but gradually became written down as books. Reynard became so popular in France that the word ‘fox’ in French was changed to ‘renarde’.

This rendition of Reynard the Fox is told as an illustrated children’s book. It was created digitally. The art is meant to mimic medieval era tapestries.
